Welcome to OnlyVibes, operated by SD Creatives, LLC d/b/a OnlyVibes (“OnlyVibes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the OnlyVibes app and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

  • You must be 21 years or older to use OnlyVibes.

  • By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.

  • You agree not to impersonate others, misrepresent your identity, or post content that is unlawful, harmful, or harassing.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the safety or integrity of the platform.

Use of the Service

  • OnlyVibes is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless you have our prior written consent.

  • You agree not to:

    • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without authorization.

    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service (e.g., spamming, scraping, reverse engineering).

    • Attempt to access data not intended for you or breach security features.

  • We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

Events, Locations & User Interactions

  • Some events shown in the app are demo or user-submitted listings. We do not verify or guarantee their accuracy.

  • You are solely responsible for your safety and conduct when attending events or meeting others through the app.

  • OnlyVibes is not responsible for offline interactions, event outcomes, or third-party activities. Please use good judgment and caution.

Premium Features & Payments

  • Certain features (such as VMatches, VChat, or unlimited event access) may be offered as premium or paid services.

  • Pricing will be displayed clearly before you confirm a purchase.

  • Purchases made through Apple’s App Store are governed by Apple’s payment policies, including any subscription renewals or cancellations.

Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

  • We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you:

    • Violate these Terms or applicable law.

    • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe behavior.

  • Upon termination, your license to use the Service will immediately end.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, safety, or accuracy of content or events displayed.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyVibes and SD Creatives, LLC are not liable for any damages (including loss of data, reputation, or opportunity) arising from your use of the Service, attendance at events, or interactions with other users.

Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Travis County, Texas, USA.

  • You and OnlyVibes agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.

  • You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing csupport@onlyvibes.app with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out.”

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted in the app with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
