Location Data: Approximate location (city-level or radius) to display nearby vibes and events—collected only if you grant permission in your device settings.

You can update or delete your profile information in the app.
You can delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, your profile is removed from active use. Certain information may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations or support account recovery if requested.

If you are located in the EU/EEA or other regions with data-protection laws, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your data.

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations.

Age Restriction
OnlyVibes is intended for adults 21 years and older.

If you access it from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S. and under U.S. law, which may differ from those in your country.
